to date i not see this guy like a savior. i do my dd
on may 2020 he allow a private placement (and we all know the they story push the stock just under the place where they warrant stay valid ) and sold all there share after the 4 month hold period and they exercise all there warrant ate 0.05 when the stock was over the 0.10 mark to get the stock back where it was before they got in.

so if you are family or friend im not impress of this kind of financing.

IPO is more work but it also show to shareholder that you dont take them for fucin clown.

John has a great. Track record. They also need personal capital. Underwriting via pp is one of the few ways juniors finance. For cost purposes and reality that there are no seasoned new issues. There has been no significant dollar values or share allotments traded and the only other means of financing would be large investors ie company investments similar to their private competitor.
