I will be looking to add to my position for sure

I'll start adding when it hits 0.09 and under. Giving a company a multiple of 11-15x sales now doesn't allow for any multiple expansion in the future.   Market Cap is: 296k x $.14 = $41.1M Sales are: ~900 mesh connectors (generous) x $250US x 1.25 exchange x 12months = $3.375M Price/Sales: 41.1M / 3.375M = 12x This company doesn't make money yet, yet people are applying ...more

AS of year end 2020  we already know the mesh connectors were nowhere near 900.  Like I have said the financials that will come out for year end 2020 most likely will show very little sales.  The vast majority of these connections have taken place in 2021.  Not sure where you got your figures

nice DD Yeppers12 !!! im here for at least 3 years! after i will check where we stand ...

Cool. Hopefully in 3 years we're at a higher price than today.  Today, I suspect we're valued around 0.06 - 0.09.   The price paid for a company is one part of a two-variable equation (price paid and current price of the company) - for measuring simple returns.  But the initial price plays a much larger role in controlling the downside risk of your investment, in the ...more

Interesting you included the warrants in your SO calculation but none of the revenue associated with them if in fact they were executed... Tech/software companies don't show positive earnings till they hit their growth phase, you know that Yeppers.  They start with product development then move to user acquisition via an agressive sales push.  Hopefully the sales push doesn't ...more

12 cent seem very realist for me for bottom but i bet 11,5 cent since the warrant was at 11 cent  they will draw a line in sand at 11.5 cent and fight from there they dont get enough time to clear the 30 million share so they will push this regulary
Comment by Yeppers12 on Apr 14, 2021 11:45am
I included the warrants because they're part of the capital structure of the company. They're a liability. They're going to have a direct impact on  the company if it's successful.   If they don't get exercised, we shouldn't even be invested in the company above the exercise price. Of which the majority of warrants are in the 0.12 price range.  So either ...more

You're right, the warrants do have a direct impact on the company if successful and should be included.  However, you included the warrant count but not the revenue from them in your EV calculation.  Assuming about 75mm warrants outstanding at about 12 cents is an extra $9mm in the treasury which brings your EV down to about $32mm rather than your stated $41mm.   Your rev ...more

30 million share at 5.5 cent (the best price in december during 5 min) and 30 million warrant at 11 cent
Comment by Yeppers12 on Apr 14, 2021 12:42pm
Good try. You don't ex-out cash to figure Price/Sale, summitking. The shares don't disappear when cash is in the treasury.  So, you're still at 41.1M market cap with a set amount of revenue, currently.  I was considered dumb for calling 0.12 a week-month ago and now we're at 0.12. I still think the share price hits 0.09 with a chance of 0.06 in the short term.  ...more

Yeppers, I'm not exing anything out, I'm including the warrants and the cash associated for a present today calculation using an EV if the warrants were executed. I'm was never calling you dumb because you thought the share price might go to $0.12, I'm calling you dumb to think your reasoning is why.  That's all.
Comment by Yeppers12 on Apr 14, 2021 2:35pm
That's a good way to to measure EV/Sales and a bad way to measure Price/Sales.  When you claim software companies trade at 11x P/S and then compare it to Venzee and say it should be trading at 11x EV/Sales - it doesn't work like that.  Please compare with the same measuring stick. Share price target of 0.09 and maybe 0.06 in the short term.
Comment by summitking on Apr 14, 2021 3:00pm
Every calculation I make, regardless of industry would be EV.  Not sure why you wouldn't.  Little more work but much more accurate.
Comment by Yeppers12 on Apr 14, 2021 3:53pm
Because they're valued multiple ways - the rule of 40, DCF, etc. I used the most common for a non-profitable business which is Price/Sales.  But glad you keep moving the goal posts.  0.09 is still support.
Comment by summitking on Apr 14, 2021 4:20pm
Rule of 40 is based on EV, DCF is calculated with debt -> EV, etc. You're not making sense here fella. Listen, I'll argue valuations all day.  This is good, it's constructive.  Let's try to poke some holes in this thing. Apparently I'm now a pumper... should change my name.
Comment by Yeppers12 on Apr 14, 2021 4:50pm
Rule of 40 doesn't.  Price/Sales doesn't.  This isn't constructive - you called me dumb, yet I bring numbers to the conversation.  Price support still exists at 0.09 though.
Comment by Norm721 on Apr 14, 2021 5:11pm
we have a very good support at 0.13 Yeppers12 you sold your share....  bear  trader  you would like to be back at 0.09
