1. another dark placement on a day where venzee hit it low of the year or a buyout at a riduculous price. john is good in what he build with venzee but he is a fking clown that got no respect his balance sheet if he dont resign we will fail on the next step.

You're right on that, either a financing at around 5 cents or try to sell to a competitor.  All this is on John and the management as it was their incompetence that allowed this to happen.  There was someone on this blog a while ago saying the stock would go to this price.  He/She was unfortunately right but the reasoning was completely avoidable.  Perhaps that blogger knew ...more

"I don't want the share price to get ahead of the results because if they don't deliver, that's the death of this company.  I mean that.  If this stock reflexes back under the strike prices of the warrants/options and they don't have the cash flow to maintain (which they don't at the moment), they'll raise more equity and dilute further."
