Q3

Q3 is out after close today.  Any guesses on revenue?  Connections?  News?

I can't see the revenue coming in less than $50k - 65 connections at YE and a full 3 quarters of 'adoption' etc.  This number is rather meaningless compared to next quarter, however, it shows that mgmt's timeline of a quarter to sign on then 6 months of discounts is actually real.

Connections is anyone's guess but have to figure at least 1,000 to hit their YE goal (next month) of 2,000.

Really hoping for some clarity on how they are/have hit their YE revenue projections.  Perhaps it won't be confirmed in the press release but can be verified in the conference call.  To me, this is the impediment holding the stock back.  If they can confirm with certainty they will hit their YE numbers then the stock should rerate higher based on next year's projections.  If they miss then next year's projections are meaningless and then who knows.

Keep in mind they're moving away from the 6 month promo pricing. Instead, with larger clients they're moving towards the upfront revenue model with discounts based on volume of connections as mentioned in a previous news release. That should help on all fronts. As far as the YE #'s we may be waiting for confirmation through the YE release in Q1 2022. From what I know they're still ...more
