Hello Venzee Friends & Family.
Wishing you a happy and healthy New Year.
As I reflect on the year past, I am extremely proud of what our team here at Venzee has both accomplished and overcome.
Our Venzee team executed and delivered on target results for 2021. This, despite a global pandemic, a tight labor market, and supply chain chaos that challenged our brand and retail clients on every level.
Our success would not be possible without a highly-skilled, globally diverse team, a committed client base, and loyal shareholders who believe in the massive supply chain automation opportunity ahead of us.
I’d like to share my thoughts on the milestones Venzee achieved this year and what our strong results indicate for the year ahead.
All About Execution
Starting in 2019, we set out to build a performance-based culture at Venzee focused on significant sales and revenue growth.
We set ambitious goals and, with a tremendous team effort, we exceeded our targets for FY2021 recognizing slightly more than US$195,000 in Monthly Recurring Revenue and selling more than 2,000 Mesh Connectors™.
Our team has proven its ability to execute.
But we aren’t done. Our plan for 2022 is even more ambitious.
Next year, we are targeting significant revenue generation on some 13,000 sold Mesh Connectors™ and intend to become the primary AI tool brands will use to communicate product information to any retail destination.
Joel Carstedt joined our team in the back half of this year to accelerate our sales efforts. In a very short time, and amid a challenging labor market, Joel has built an outstanding team that has produced exceptional results this year. And, with a large and growing pipeline of top-tier brand and retail opportunities, I am confident Joel and his team will not just deliver but outperform our 2022 sales and revenue goals.
We Sell Supply Chain Intelligence
The global pandemic has made clear how fragile all supply chains are. Pick any market, any product vertical, any major brand or retailer and one can find a number of significant supply chain failures.
The quick take on why these failures persist is the result of, “strained supply chains.” [The New York Times, “What Broke the Supply Chain”, December 25, 2021]
Peel that analysis back one more layer and the “strain” is more obvious - at each point along the chain, people are trying to keep up with wildly variable demands on a daily basis. And, they can’t keep up. The strain overwhelms key people and the chain breaks.
Venzee’s platform provides those key people - at brands and retailers - an artificial intelligence system that augments their capabilities. Our cloud-based platform provides infinite scale allowing people to leverage advanced tech to make specific parts of their supply chain more reliable.
Our success this past year has validated our technology and positions us to become a massively disruptive solution in a valuable and growing industry.
Thank You
Venzee’s success and accomplishments are founded on our commitment to our shareholders.
We are absolutely focused on driving value for the benefit of all our shareholders now and in the coming year.
Our proven ability to execute now paves the way for our extensible, AI-driven platform to transform this market and dominate our competitors in 2022.
I would like to extend my most sincere gratitude for your continued support; our progress would not have been possible without you. So, thank you.
And have a very Happy New Year.
Regards,
