Why so quiet?

We have not heard from management since their last news release on Nov 29th/2011. That is too long! The management of this company should be more forth coming and let us know what their intentions are and the direction they plan to take the company, I have heard other companies in similar situations that handled things better than this one has. It's not that hard to give a general idea of what's going on with out letting the cat out of the bag to keep your shareholders informed!

I know of companies that have been in bankruptcies that have maintained a higher market cap that this one and our situation is good because we have over 3 million in cash in the business and a small float, but we continue to have a market cap consistantly at or under 1 million. It seems that somebody is holding this back.....Why? I wish I knew, but eventually this cant stay this way and it will fly, to make up for it, but the question is... when?

It worries me that the company possibly could be shut down by the TSX for its lack there of as a "going concern". The TSX requirements dictate that a company must be a functioning business and actually "do" business and not just become a ...more

I am forwarding an article (although from 2006) by Montreal newspaper writer Robert Gibbens who normally follows up on investors concerns about public companies who are, so to speak, in a standstill situation, that keep a low profile about their future. Mr. Gibbens can be reached at RGIBBENS@THEGAZETTE.CANWEST.COM should you want to submit that Victhom must reveal to its shareholders where it ...more
