Market capitalization less than cash

Not much hope for this company when market capitalization is less than cash. Have they gone into debt buying lotto tickets?

if all assets are sold then they could do a one time cash distribution for the remaining bagholders before delisting.    Any experts like to comment regarding this possible one time cash distribution scenario?     Thanks in advance

Never thought delisting as an option.  I Wonder if this deal includes the newly signed Toledo option? either way they are back to square one again. Dundee bought in at approx 50 cents 5 years ago.  Doubt they would be happy with delisting at  present market cap. 18-19 cents   Henderson seems more focused on Latin Metals anway. He really needs to be replaced.
