Allied Copper ($CPR.V $CPRRF), a mineral exploration company, focuses on acquiring and developing copper/gold assets in the Western USA.
Currently, their trading is halted. However, it is expected to start up again once $CPR innacts it's agreement with BBCo to acquire all of their issued and outstanding common shares.
BBCo's sole asset is an option to acquire 100% interest in the Silver King Project, located in Nevada.
According to my research the primary minerals at the project are gold, silver and lead. I am sure once the deal goes through we will get more info on Silver King.
$CPR is expected to acquire BBCo tomorrow. Therefore we should see their trading start up again tomorrow.
I'm guessing that it will be a big day for $CPR!
