Anyone aware or not if their PP has closed? According to NR it was supposed to be "on or before" Dec. 6th. So far crickets. This could be why we are stuck down here.

Just checked and nothing on the PP BUT did find this on Stockwatch . Seems the amount is almost the same and at the same amount (5 Cents ) so mayby no need for PP?. Respectfully, I think the pp has nothing to do with the shares for debt. It is stated the money raised will be used for exploration and general working capital. The one thing that does strike me strange though, is that the announcement was on dec.2nd and expected to close on the 6th. To me that's much quicker than normal, even for larger market cap companies.

.Yes I read that WD but operating expenses could be ongoing while the dept is paid . Either way it paves the way for future monies to go into the kitty . Bring it on and lets go drilling . Cheers .
