New Board Members
Management strengthing up the board with expertise in business development and management, joint ventures, initiating new operation start ups, merger and aqusition activities. A clear indication the direction they are heading. Zero pharma experience with the two new members though. I read the MD&A. There was no insight as to how the clinical trials are proceeding, unfortunatley not much to highlight, ......some standard doom and gloom. They did mention ThinQ for the first time in a long time. Utilizing a production facitily in India is a strategic win. Voyageur is going to require several more million dollars to advance their strategic plans. Expect further dilution, how much will depend upon SP.

Management is smart, i would expect all sorts of pharmaceutical expertise to continue to come into the company. The Dash group are contrast experts, I am sure they have more expetise coming as they advance.

The best option is for the company to seek out a suitor with deep pockets perhaps BHC or SGIOY. can't grow without a huge financial injection. I suspect a possible buy out or "merger" in the next 6 months to 1year

Yes dilution is going to happen for sure. if they need $5 million they will have to issue 100million shares at 5cents. we can see what happens by the last pp. issue at 15 cents -now 10.5 cents. best bet is to sell out

you say "best bet is to sell out"....I'm of the opinion, that the best bet is to buy more. So I have, both yesterday and today... cheers!!
