Just my opinion but I cannot fathom anyone selling at this price right now unless a person  had to.(We all know stuff happens). Over the next 1 to 4 years this has big chance for  multiple bagger written all over it and I am not talking  3or 4 bagger. I just do the math for what the objective worth they are aiming for(even half or 1/4 that will be multi bagger big time)  that ...more

Seems overly conservative. Analyst discounts PEA cash flows at 25%/yr (vs 8% PEA and 11.6% by analyst for wholesale model) and then cuts NPV in half again.       PEA Analyst AT-NPV 344 135 Discount rate 8 ...more
