Since August 19th TD has sold to itself 22 times, 10 sells to other companies and 4 buys from other companies. Today TD bought at 10 cents and later sold as low as 9 cents. That is how companies go out of business if they were trading for themselves but we know TD is trading for customers who put in orders. IMO it is very misleading to say VM has made no progress in the last 2 years and is nothing more than an effort to knock down the price.

They have yet to be able to get one product out of the testing phase and into the Canadian Market since Health Canada Approval 18 months ago. This should be a concern to all investors.
