I participated in the Zoom meeting. Only lasted about 12 minutes. My question was equity financing. They are seeking 50 million, which will incude financing to get the Iodine line moving. Brent could not obviously state specifics, he did mention they are in current negotions with a couple of financial instituions and we should hear news in a couple of months.

Brent spoke on Raincage. He explained the fullerene technology and the zero emmsion production facility. Nothing stated that was not already known. He spoke of the additional barite products, stated they were in development stage, with projected barite sales revenue in 100 - 200M, with iodine sales at multiples of barite. They have a new Canadian West sales manager, seeking one for the East ...more
