(IMO) How will  that little technicality be used since VIM owns the properties with VM owning 100% of VIM. Will VIM develope them which means VM will meet its' commitment to be Pharma only or will it divest of them. That should  mean VIM has to have yearly financials done. On paper that may mean VM has to purchase the Barite from VIM. Is the change from Voyageur Minerals to Voyageur Industrial Minerals telling us something? It will be interesting to see how VIM plays out. Just wondering about the news release and thinking about questions that they cannot answer without a future news release as that probably would be considered inside info.

Post project financing, commencement of Canadian sales,moving towards the FDA approval (the US is their main market )  Full project financing will bring in the new GMT plant and building - I kn8w they've looked at few buildings recently - With the plant in place with an approved clean room, they'll start bringibg in Frances Creek rocks; it's their own 100% world class high grade
