Voyageur Industrial Minerals Ltd?
Where did Voyageur Industrial Minerals come from?
PR 11 Dec 2019 Name change to Voyaguer Pharmaceuticals from Voyageur Minerals
PR 8 Nov 2018 Voyageur Minerals JV with CMS to manufacture Barium Pharmaseuticals with CMS where they will supply CMS with 2000 metric tons annually, then followed up with a PR 9 Jan 2019 stating Voyageur has created a subsidiary ImagingX Pharma.
Since Voyageur Industrial minerals is not listed as a public company, is it safe to surmize it is a private subsidiary? Subsidiary companies spawned from public companies may contain zero public ownership of it's shares or assets. Let that sink in fellow shareholders.
Which Voyageur entity owns the mineralized properties?

I may be a new to this kind of a set up but I believe the main reason the 100% owned voyageur mining company is a subsidiary to differentiate a pharmaceutical industry and a mining company. I don't understand why anyone would be worried that the shares they own are directly tied to the mine. But maybe I'm missing something

They did a RTO with Golden Sun in 2017, Voyaguer Industrial Minerals (VIM) became a subsidiary for Goldensun which became Voyaguer Minerals, which became Voy Pharma, and VIM has always been the 100% owned subsidiary with the mineral claims.

Thank you for that clarification biggdogg. This is the first time that I have ever seen the properties listed under anything other than VM when you clicked on our properties. Recently I noticed that there was a change to the website on how things were listed which made me question what was going on. Probably what caused the confusion to people is actually seeing the separation.
