.04 on the bid.  Is this company still solvent?  Will it be delisted soon?

Really wondering about this company. Thought they had a lot going for them but the share price sure doesn't reflect that.

Are they doing a financing? look back, everytime they finance, the stock gets pushed to lows. Seems to be a pattern. New pharma molecules is going to take this company to an entirley new plain of awarness. Anyone hearing anything? I have had zero hints on anything. Very Quiet.
