this is a good sign but no guarantee

Right now there are 1,260,000 shares on the ask to go up  to 10.5 and and only about 100,000 to go down to .05 .  Based on that it means that the believe is that the share price is going to go up. That does not mean things cannot change in the next 5 minutes.
