One would think this should be the start of attaining credibility for getting financing . That is just 1 product in 2 latin american countries and 4 more products to go,. Big plus that the distributer is going to pay for approval  as that saves VM money that is scarce right now.  Just cannot fathom anybody willing to sell at this price with the sales in the big markets that should come

Execution phase......it is a long awaited and highly anticipated beginning.

Spin 101: - do not say how long it will take partner to get approvals (12 -18 months?).  - disclose the 3 yr contract amount (with out mentioning that most of it will be backended?) and hope readers assume the amount is received equally over 3 years.   mgmt, get on with selling product in Canada now.
