25% lower than the last PP that barely got half filled.  Company running on fumes and has nothing to sell obviously.  The end is near.

.......or, huge opportunity to get two shares for one as an existing shareholder. Timing wise this is very smart - Bracco backing away from the Barium side due to manufacturing/supply issues leaves a void to be filled and can be done quickly with Voyageur waiting in the wings. This is not a massive community in the barium imaging space, if you don't believe other pharmas aren't taking

These guys are not dumb. By keeping it to existing shareholders  the ability of an opportunist to snap up a large percentage of the company is taken away. It lessens the chance of a lowball offer as this has to be one of the most tightly held stocks there is. I base that again on the fact there is hardly any shares up for sale and look how fast the ask jumps to over a dollar. I would not be
