Based on the MD&A, they have created a new tech to extract iodine from brine. This is interesting and could be another big oppurtunity for Voy. All iodine drugs are imported into N.A. Their vertical integration has to be turning some heads, this company can not be ignored, for much longer. Miners running a pharma company is a disruptive combination:

• Voyageur additionally intends to identify and negotiate options on Oklahoma iodine-rich brine wells in the future.
• Voyageur has designed a proprietary streamlined iodine production system that creates vertical integration of all essential iodine-based compounds used in the creation of iodine contrast drugs.
• Voyageurs new streamlined process eliminates the need for both the expensive intermediary compound and the flake, resulting in significant cost savings. Voyageur plans to be the first vertically integrated company globally and to become the only manufacturer of iodine drugs in North America. The results will provide supply chain security at lower costs for the global markets.
