Smells like marketing strategy to pump the price, orchestrated and maybe even coordinated by the company. There was another Canadian company that used Nasdaq as a reason to pump up their stock price. 4-6 months pump up or hold, and then the price will plummet.

Good for him that he sold the shares. 4-6 months and then back to 23 cents if no new busses are ordered/delivered.
