Agree. Share consolidation at this stage of the company will have a counter-positive effect. Less people would be interested to put more money to own a share in the company. There are cases in which consolidation is regarded as positive but this is NOT the case with BUS.  BUS must be afraid of seeing the price below $2.80 and this must be a desperate move on their side to ensure the price

I have never seen a share consolidation that worked out well for shareholders,would not touch this company unless its 1.00  ps

I have been through 8, 9 or 10 over the past 3 - 4 years. Enough that I lost count and none can be placed in the win column. 1 for 300 was bad, 1 for 140 turned out to be the worst, 1 for 10 was the most common and I think 1 for 4 was the least destruction of share count. All gave me the same song and dance, you have fewer shares but the values the same. Right, until it's not. If they

Last time, BUS was pumped up did not end up well. Good luck with no orders, and line of credit due to be paid soon.
