Leaking information

Yesterday 15% jump in the price may be easily associated with leaked information about today's announcement. This deserves some investigation as similar price movement is not happening for the first time, especially knowingly that the company is attempting to pump up the price for nasdaq.

The TSX-V is well known for unscrupulous backdoor information leaks, insider trading, and poor governance and oversight. I have no doubts info was leaked, that's the risk you take with these small caps. It shouldn't be the case, but these issues have existed for years, and it seems to be dealt with on a case by case basis.  I wouldn't be surprised if the market regulators lacked ...more

It was more of a comment on the TSX-V. I never bothered to look, and although it's a possibility, I doubt that a venture stock is going to follow Telsa, Li Motors, or Volvo. Don't you know that correlation doesn't imply causation? If you do a google search on the topic of TSX-V and illegal trading, leaked info, etc, it's an issue which has been raised many many times.  I ...more

Explain how I atttempted to cover anything? The TSX-V is no different than any exchange having traded for over 30 years. I can assure you that many people have information you don't. I'm a momentum trader, if it's going up, I get on the bus(no pun intended).
