market cap for buyout

Have seen some  discussion of a buyout with  discussion ranging  from buyout at  $100m.    or  $500 m.

With about 150m shares out (diluted)  , Share price @  $100m  is about  $0.67  and  for  $500m  is about  $3.33.

Is this  the range in which  something may  happen??   See some folks  are  looking for a lot more.

Anyone provide a projection as to how this might go in terms of  price and time line.  Hopefully  not another 5 years??

Thanks

The CEO has hinted (strongly) that within 12-18 months the buyout will happen.  It's his modus operandi and he's very good at it.  From those who have followed him, and interpreting his words, he seems to have anywhere from $300million to $500million as his target. My guess is that we're looking at a $2.50 share price upon buyout,  but I'm an optimistic guy.

He has never once said what his target is for a buyout . Before adding covid scanning and possibly veterianans he said it was a multi billion dollar company. Everyone can sit here and do the math but like he said we will discuss price when they come knocking at the door . This stock will be 5+ dollars by the end of 2021 mark that on your note pad . Good lucks longs

$5 would be very nice, and quite realistic if this machine does what the company claims it does.  In fact, if the pieces fall together perfectly it could eclipse $5 easily.

To the fols that figure it will sell for $2.50 to $4.00 when it is sold....asks yourself a question and I'll use an example we can all under stand. Apartment buildings...yep apartment buildings have a thing called rent (re-occuring revenue). When your looking to sell or buy an apartment building you look at that rent and you project how long it will take to get your full return back. So lets ...more
