Just The Facts

Slow down folks.

This back and forth is entertaining, but misses the point.

From my perspective I am a data driven evidence based investor.

It isn’t the shorts or bashers that are the problem-this stock has minimal shorts.

It isn’t the pumpers.

What really matters is the data.

Let’s focus on the numbers, and what the management says in documents to regulatory authorities’ (correct me if I have stated this incorrectly-please)

I am just providing data-facts-from the companies financials

From the Management

‘If this is bashing the management  is Bashing or pumping.

So to the point:

The story is that The Company has purchase orders and has committed to supply VMS+3.0 machines with expected revenues that COULD be material.

But where are the revenues???
If you look at the financials to date, there have been no revenues, from the most recent financials.
This is not bashing this is simply factual..
Revenues from sale of product on the most recent financials are  ZERO.

Operating expenses for the last 9 months = 2,031,322
Net loss for the.  2,783,452

But look at the breakdown of costs:
 General and administrative costs 2,031,322
Sales and marketing = 189,344

So all that money spent, but less that 10% spent on sales

Meanwhile the only money is coming from the share printing press as there is massive share dilution:

Weighted average number of common shares 137,688,731 VS SEP 2020 69,790,930
Yup dilution means in a year half the company is diluted-so divide the share price in two-so we are back in the teens (IF THERE ever is a buyout- this will matter, but thats a huge if given no sales, and just 'instalments" and of course discussions, meetings, plans...

All in all what does the company say?

“There is no certainty whether the Company will generate significant revenues or attain profitable operations in the near future and there can be no assurance that it will achieve profitability in the future, as it incurred a loss of $2,784,454 and had a negative cash flow from operating activities of $2,002,316 for the nine months ended September 30, 2021, and has accumulated $42,651,636 of losses as at September 30, 2021. The Company's ability to continue as a going concern is dependent on its raising of future required capital, bringing its products to market and achieving and maintaining profitable operations. The outcome of these matters cannot be predicted at this time. As a result there exists a material uncertainty which creates significant doubt regarding the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern”

all IMO and dont believe me or any of the pumpers here
Hey they will tell you -sales are coming, buyout coming, what buyout price do you think??
We all knmow what we have....
The China alliance...
The GE alliance...
Always forward looking but ZERO DATA to support these claims.

=Dont forget the pets,the children.....

and its only going down because of tax loss selling...
BUT

and oh yeah-if you bought at 7 cents...(yeah what if you bought like most at .60 or more, and were waiting with dead money for years)

Which is it ?
A gain or a loss?
Youi canty have it both ways!
There is always someone on the other side of the trade.
caveat emptor.

Dont believe me-or anyone on these boards

Trust in the data!

Financial reports lag by at least 2 months BUT good companys like VPT include "Subsequent Events" in the SEDAR MD&A. The last financing was an upsized bought deal at 52 cents with 70 cent warrants that have an acceleration clause.  The only other warrants were part of that as comm so @1million at .52 There are just over 7.5 million options to mgmt.  With the current low ...more

Your post does not address the facts I have presented, instead diverts into a discussion about the recent financing and then tangentially suggests the float size will lead to price changes, and speculate that a program that hasnt been launched will cause the stock will"rocket in value".  If the sales reporting is delayed because of a 2 month lag in reporting as you say, why did ...more

Graham I conceded your point that VPT is not yet profitable.  Because few Venture co's are. The two month lag is min, as that is how SEDAR works.  At the end of a Quarter Co's have min 2 months for their accountants to ready the report MD&A  Vpt is always on time for filings AND includes subsequent events to show a MOST recent to Release state of affairs. GEHC is the ...more

How  much  is a unit?      if it is only $15,000  surprised they have not  sold a bunch.    How many of the  customers  may  be in the  'Heart'  business.  Not likely that all customers will  add this  if they do not need or use it.. Can you provide a possible projection  as to  what this would ...more

I believe the units will sell for $50,000, not $15,000. G1945V

Thanks    Thought  15k  was too low.  I thought  that the word  going back  a few monts  however  was 100K  each?? As  for taxt loss  selling and rebuy  ,  Personally  , I rather doubt that this stock  is one  that  big players  doing that kind of thing  are really into.  So I will not ...more

15k I believe is the first payment amount on a lease agreement for software only.  Whole systems or machines are the 50k I believe.  You can buy or lease with a pay per scan arrangement.  It's all been explained on CEO.ca where serious investors get their info from several reliable posters who communicate by email with George A.  One person claiming to be in the know in the ...more

So with the 2 month lag in financials, all these sales should now be reported, given its been a year and we have seen NO sales in MRQs. Longs must be very excited to see these sales reported in the next few weeks? Haven't been here much but I didint see anything about the hotly anticipated launch with GEHC This has been over a year since announced and it was said by posters to be unveiled ...more
