  Odd that promoters try to cast anyone that raises questions about the performance of VPT as being negative. The questions raised relating to the past failure to sell units, conflicting messages of the company being funded for 3 years only to do a new raise and dilute existing shareholders, and the continued failure of alliances to materialize are facts. These are also company facts
