Collaboration or Collective Misery

I don’t know about collaboration, more like a whining board of bag holders, or perhaps a collusion, via a Cabal of pumpers

I mean, seriously let’s look at what’s happened with this company :

Sales

Over the history of this company, they have not made $1 million in sales not even close  -yet have spent over 200x to generate massive losses to what point?

Most years there is minimal sales $50,000, or no sales. It’s hard to track out whether they’re selling a complete unit or people are getting discounts or most likely "placements( a euphemism for here a fee is -please is it and hope others are impressed-doesn't work when MD Anderson puts the machine on eBay at a steep discount and doesn't even dust it off)

This board, and management been talking  Sales for years,  yet there has been no evidence yet on the financials of meaningful sales and no sustained sales.

They have isssued pressers when sales have been made.

Statements of 4000 leads, 100% conversions of demos-

All sorts of new distributors signed on ascend, some charity hospital in the US, over 30 sales people across Europe, including the Director, who resigned last year and we heard nothing about it

Yet  the facts dont suppport sales are happening

How does a company survive without sales?

Further financings and dilution.

Problem is the "need more time"
why? Asking if people in this board will invest jeeeezzz common people

Remember Sales

Sales =revenue=demand for product.

There is no evidence, to date, that there is any significant demand for  VPTs product. The product has been “placed” or give it away, from what we can tell.

yes I know just wait for 4.0
like 1.0,3.0. 3. Whatever -

So many other promises, and false starts. China, GEHC-what happened to the elephant, did he go off to another reservation?

There’s a rotating cast of CEOs, each of which are touted , as being the next greatest thing, only to be thrown away, how many IR firms have been through??? They keep changing why?

can't beat a dead horse-well you can but do t blame the PR guys -if the horse is dead

The only thing changing more than the IR firms or the accounting firms. Why?

I don’t know, this story of Sales, waiting for people to accept it, it seems to take years. There’s something obviously a mess with the product that’s arriving, at least my little brain sees it that way. But I simple, keeps me safe, keeps me from losing Over 60, and seems sophisticated listening in comparison to the pumping going on here. You guys don’t need a bash on this board, you’ve got all in one, Joe, would scare away any legitimate investor, with his ramblings, repeated patched together statements that make no sense?

Anyone reading this jumble is going to say this company is a gong show. Which in my opinion it is.

wake me up when they make 25 -40 sales as said years ago
thwn I wil sniff around
meantkme
maybe those bag holders can keep up the story and suck in a few newbies
better quiet That Jo clip and pastie guy-he is desperate and I do t think the elevator goes to the top floor
ha ha
just for fun
all my opinion
which is mine
thanks for that
i still got me money

The focus for investing in this company should be placed not so much on sales, sales, sales, but for it to be sold potentially to a reputable " medical equipment company " that will fit it in their medical equipment portfolio and have a ready-made sales force. It may be difficult for Ventripoint to venture alone, with a single medical device (VMS+ 4.0) to be profitable unless it sells ...more

How can you sell a company if it can't sell its product. A product that has been around for about a decade. Excuses don't convince business types as easily as retail speculators.

The versions before 3.2 were in many cases not great and had too many issues for errors and poor user experience. Part of the sales strategy of the past was selling a not ready for prime time product and then focusing on placements for studies. While it helped get them noticed and have data to back up their claims it wasted time on paying customers. Duke's bums unit pay back was less than a ...more

No comment but I saw this on another board where the company is struggling to get it's head above water: "Harvard Business Review, in studies dating as far back as the late 1950s, has shown that the scientific-minded entreprenuer who sees the opportunity and brings the technology along is rarely the individual who sees it through to successful commercialization.  Indeed, those ...more
