Interesting SEC Case Against Promoters FYI

Interesting comments from the SEC alerting investors to be wary of posters who are promoting stocks, that benefit by seeking on the rise and dumping to those retail investors that have taken a position.
Similar cases can be found against those who short stocks.
To me, a reminder to never trust what you read in any internet board, do your own due diligence
