I can buy all the shares I want for 17.5 cents, 2 cents below the financing.  For that extra 2 cents the buyer gets very short term 6 month warrants.  Not worth it in my opinion.  GLTA.

Not worth it unless they have a plan to move the stock. 6 months can be a long time.

If the share price reaches the warrant exercise price  of 30 cents within 6 months I'm sure we'll all be very happy.  GLTA.
