It might possibly be something is reminding you of the MCS strategy in Nord du Quebec which calls for an integrated vision,a multi-user processing plant close to resources". If Quebecs' mines aren't the greenest then make it so.

Yes a lot of new interest, volumes way above average and steady price increases. Just a result of the cumulation of positive news. Next good news could push it to 20 cents.
