Auditor - Whom?

Does anyone else wonder about the previous Auditor and the reason for such a long delay in financials. It would be interesting to know the Auditor side of the story. We are almost a third of the way through 2021 and yet no current year financials.

Also, do you not wonder about posters who only post about Vanadiumcorp. Could it be, no I shouldn't guess. Readers should draw there own conclusions.

If you had bothered to perform a basic web search for both auditors of the last two audit reports, you would have found that Smythe CPA merged with Morgan & Company LLC in August 2020.  A change in auditors would have meant a filing of auditor change on SEDAR. For your benefit, since you have only been here since January 2020, at least under your present username, I give you my analysis

The use of the term "previous auditor" implies an auditor change, when in fact there was not.  You could have discovered this yourself with minimal effort. Are you not "assuming" that I have an idol (lol). I believe I read in a previous post that the auditor had changed. I guess I should not have assumed such and did my own due diligence, something that all posters should do with the current situation.  I am not convinced that the future is bright with the exisitng management team. What do you think the odds are that the company will

Hey thedogpoo, You are always preaching due diligence but don't follow your advice.Who is concerned about de-listing? The BCSC has the FS why would they de-list the company.

Things do not seem to be moving along as expected. Expected as in receiving contracts,filing financials on time,closing in on $$ deals, etc. etc.
