The idol

To those who can't figure out who thedog is or who his idol is read his past emails. Could it be himself pat obrien?? Haha! I'm going to read jsnfernly's references from a couple of emails ago.

After reading jsnfernly's references it seems VRB was not benefiting much from thedogs management. Not surprisingly not only did Obrien find it necessary to resign from VRB in 2013 but has been fired or pushed out of all of his subsequent Tsx Venture company positions and there has been a number of them plus failed business ventures and a gaggle of moose pastures. It would be an interesting ...more

People who live in a glass house should not throw rocks.  Put another way, current mamangement have been at the helm for 7 plus years, and here we sit with shares we can not trade, a company that could be delisted, a bunch of "letters of intent" which mean exactly nothing and a pre halt share price of 9 cents. We have a proprietary metallurgical process that NOBODY else wants, which ...more

Explman, that has to be the best post I have read in a long time. I too am not going to defend the previous management. It is the present management that is now accountable for the reasons you stated, they have not delivered anything of substance. I have indicated the same concerns as you, but not as eloquently.  Yes, I have lost money on VRB and I believe I have fallen for rhetoric that was ...more

I've owned VRB since the Apella days, APA was the symbol and I Agree with everything you've said. Except the part where you say that you can't trade your shares. You can buy or sell as many as you want OTC in U.S $$ Current mgmt can't even produce financials. By the time we get VRB q1 results, Q 3will be due, and by the time Q2 comes out, year end results will be due. Meanwhile ...more

explman, I and I'm sure most agree with you.  Let's hope this FS fiasco has made clear that a big change is necessary.

Wondering what our "partners" in India,Belgium and elsewhere are thinking about the projects that have been agreed upon at least in principle. Nobody knows how anything is moving along. For many months VRB has been dormant, and still no mention about anything. Is the company being taken over? Who is steering ? What are the plans going to be? If financials can't be filed on time ,which ...more

I think this is the first post of yours, CanThisBeTrue, that I agree with.  Are you suggesting a change in management? Perhaps I could be considered (only joking). It would be nice that someone from the outside with no connections to current or previous management take over control. This is the only way to gain the confidence of present and past investors. It would be interesting to see what ...more
