I've owned VRB since the Apella days, APA was the symbol and I Agree with everything you've said. Except the part where you say that you can't trade your shares. You can buy or sell as many as you want OTC in U.S $$ Current mgmt can't even produce financials. I think this is the first post of yours, CanThisBeTrue, that I agree with.  Are you suggesting a change in management? Perhaps I could be considered (only joking).
