based on fully diluted, VRB just had 20 million dollars wiped off of its market cap

Be careful Patrick, RE-MarkAble may start calling you the Dog (lol). What is your best guess as to who may have been buying shares today? I noticed a lot of TD cross trading and Anonymous frequently as a trader. You are much more educated on trading than I, but who would choose to trade as Anonymous.

Ohmtee Whil you are technically correct, realistically we al knew VRB was trading OTC @ 3 to 4 cents USD so we didn't really lose 40% today. The loss was gradual throughout the past 9 months.  If you want another way to look at it, some people prefer to know that their shares are at least worth 60% instead of zero. :)
