Orion/Investment Quebec taking over ownership of Blackrock

Very interesting developments regarding this situation at present, as I recall some past conversations about when Orion had initially fronted monies to the Blackrock group for their project. I'm not sure what was exactly said but my memory of this was that there were conversations or something with VRB representatives at a show or something where they lightly chatted about things in general and were optimistic that both Blackrock and the VRB properties being  "combined" would be a great fit to the whole picture.
One would assume that that hint may have been forwarded to the Blackrock management by Orion for them to negotiate something positive but we all know absolutely nothing has ever transpired ever.
I have been told on numerous occasions that those Blackrock management individuals were NOT very receptive to any good open dialogue that would offer any financial "fairness" to acquire the Lac Dore property.
So a stalemate we have, I would give A. Bakker credit for never giving our "prize" away for this.
Now that we have these new people taking ahold of control of the situation I am quite optimistic that something at some point in time (hopefully sooner than later) could progress in a forward fashion where the two properties are "combined" as they really really should be!
The icing on the cake would be that the VEPT process could be also somehow implemented into the plant project in some capacity to further establish the much needed credibility to the patented process technology with further financial contributions to VRB.
It would be quite the rags to riches story where approximately a year ago +/- (March) this stock is halted and a year later the company could be in some form of serious negotiations to bring this dam thing all together making many many long term investors get the positive financial outcome that they have invisioned for so long.
We alknow there has been long silence from management during the halt, other than pertinent legally required information to the public, so let's see some news releases that can get this thing going, we all know the goods are in the ground and that's a for sure!!!

On december 25th I posted a link about the restructring of Blackrock. However at that time, nobody reacted to that information probably because many people still believe that VRB is in the battery business. The fact of the matter is that the only real value of this company is in its properties and not in any unproven technology, MOU or anything else of that sort. In my opinion, it will be most ...more

Orion and Caisse will sell them. They are not miners, they are captial markets/investors. The ONLY reason they bought them is it is their only hope of getting any of their debt/.equity back. They had a multi million dollar gun to their collective heads. This will have ZERO impact on VRB.

Pertaining to your post to combining VRB's and Blackrock's resources - AB did state in September 2021 that management was heading to Quebec to meet with key investors and government. I read the Quebec government increased role in this very promising. As you state, "we know the goods are in the ground". Either a sale or development of them is what we're hoping for. The battery ...more

Good call!! AB.... Adriaan Bakker 'CEO' has been nothing but a credible source of information over their 9 month cease trading order. I'm sure you bank on this one!! I no longer have any skin the game, just a personal vendetta with these shisters..

They also supposedlly attended the April 22, 2021 Virtual Investors Conference. They were there. What HAPPENED? Jonatan Julien says"there is no better place in the world to invest in the mining sector". That is Quebec, of course. They have made themselves known about,so, what that turns into is something else.
