Re: YourTrading Question

We've taken a look at the bids and offers and they're a little peculiar -- the offers tell us that the stock wants to plunge to $0.005 - which it really should be doing based on a pending rollback - there aren't many bids at $0.025 the floor is pretty bid at 2 cents with 2.7 million. A careful analysis of the bids at 2 cents makes it very to clear to us that the bids are "stuffed" at 2cents. What we mean by this is that the bids show as 28 separate bids but if you look at them carefully you can see that a good number of those bids have been placed by the same brokerage firm at the exact same time down to the second. There's a couple of reasons why this happens - first the bidder probably does not really want to buy the stock therefore instead of placing a bid for 400,000 shares the bidder splits it into 2X 200,000 and enters them both at exactly the same time, if the first 200,000 starts to get filled the bidder whether machine or person gets a split second to pull the second bid before they get filled. There are a number of bids from 2 cents down to half a cent set up exactly like this. The outcome from such bidding means that as 1/2 of the bids gets filled the other is disappearing and the stock free falls. The second reason they "stuff" bids like this is that the number of orders appears as double what it really is. VRB right now is precariously supported at $0.005. "theDog2" , as professionals at JuniorMining markets we'll point something really strange out to you - that being the people buying stock at right now at 2.5 or 3 cents. Why it's strange is, why would anybody, when a rollback has already been announced, want to pay a premium to endure the rollback? Example when you could buy stock at 2 cents but decide to buy af 3 cents you are paying a 50% premium which people did today. That is no different than buying a stock that's trading at a dollar and telling the seller that you'll pay him $1.50. We at JuniorMining.com will continue to monitor  the trading each day and if you find you need market book information- all bids and offers listed, let us know and we'll send it over to you!

This was mentioned in a earlier post.......your short tenure with this Vanadium company it was asked for you to explain what transpired? TORONTO, CANADA, July 20, 2017 - Vanadium One Energy Corp is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Patrick D. O’Brien, ICD.D, MIoD, a Certified Corporate Director, to the newly created position, Director of Corporate Development. Mr. O’Brien will also ...more

Your definition of short tenure is?

Yeah nice try. You obviously see worth in VRB and are trying to snatch up shares real. cheap by scaring shareholders into selling. A corporate outlook is coming soon, the proven resource is safely in the ground and Bakker is gone. Selling now is a bad idea.
Comment by explman on Apr 05, 2022 5:02pm
Sorry, must jump in here. Dont through around terms like "proven resource" because you obviously do not know what they mean. We are many metres of drilling, many tonnes of met work, and many pages of engineering studies away from a "proven resource". We are insolvent, we are taking a loan from unknown people who will require the asset as security. We will not be able to pay the ...more

Completely agree Explman, we thank you for your courage to speak out accurately and candidly - we need more VRB disgruntled shareholders like you to speak out so all understand what is going to happen to VRB shortly in front of our eyes and to alert everyone to the corpoarate asset raid it looks like is underway.  Can you speall Class Action Shareholder lawsuit against the directors if they ...more

May I ask , besides Bakker, where are you getting this information?
Comment by explman on Apr 06, 2022 11:58am
Why on earth would you propose supoporting Bakker? He got us into this mess in the first place. Remember, he led the  and won the 2012/2013 proxy battle. He led during the resource announcement/retraction, he led during the PEA announcement/retraction, he led during  the "solution by dilution" charge,  he led during the decline of our market capitalization all the while ...more

Wise post explman - removing Bakker as the CEO was the first task - now it is imperative Bakker is removed completely from every aspect of the company. Once that is done the focus needs to shift to the remaining board members, all of whom were co-culpable in the points you made in your last post, Pearce and Hewlett specifically   As for McGuigan - we need to know- how did he get on the board ...more

Thank you very much for this valuable post Pat, best wishes, keep the valubale posts coming - see? You CAN do alot to help VRB shareholders. Good man.  FW

Any chance Pat could get back in the CEO's seat. I liked owning VRB when it was at thirty cents a lot more than I do a three cents.

Your prayers are about to be answered! 10 to 1 roll back should see us trade between 25 and 30 cents. But not for long!!! Dont blink, because with this crew it wont be long before we are back to 5 cents.
Comment by MarkAble on Apr 13, 2022 8:52am
I guess you don't understand rollbacks. Let me explain.  In this scenario the stock would have been at 3 bucks under Paddy O while under Bakker's mismanagement it would be at 30 cents. With "Mr Many Pending News Announcements" gone now we should see better times ahead. At least vanadium prices are on the rise again.

I agree with you that removing Bakker from any aspect of the company is imperative. IMO this guy has been a disaster.
