Watch for the Halt at any moment!

The next news to proceed for the turnaround could be a very important one that will be a game changer. With the news of July 25th, the CEO clearly mentioned that the company will make a major shift. What will these changes be?

It is difficult to say but we can speculate the following options that could happen

1. Find solution about their debt problem will be to find a Financial partner but not at any price. Either through loans or by becoming a minority owner of the company. If this is the case, the deal will have to be at least at the amount of financing offers in the range of $0.10

2. Sales contract and delivery agreement.

3. Buy out candidate to go private. Someone could decide to buy the company to take control or to go private. A hostile offer could be filed. An example, offering $15M for the complete purchase of the company. This would bring the price per share to $0.18 instantly to convince shareholders to sell their shares.

Anyway, if one of these three options happen. The opening after the halt would cause the price per share to be at another level instantly and it would no longer be possible to buy shares at those levels. Now that the holiday period is almost over to the entire market could get attention.

Anything can happen at any time.
