The problem for VR is that the New Boston program will cost about $1 million, leaving the treasury rather low. The junior hopes to attract a strategic equity investor for the New Boston drilling; both Rio Tinto and BHP are interested in copper, and while BHP has pulled out of diamonds, Rio Tinto still has 60% of Diavik and in-house experience.
