It is always nice to see the CEO buying shares but what I really want to see are financial results. top line and bottom line growth is the true measure of whether management is succeeding or not. this company has shown nothing but shrinking revenue and increasing net losses for way too many quarters. it comes down to the board having the guts to fire doug and his buddies and bring ...more

 I agree we all want to see improved results but...... such is life when dealing with a micro cap company on the venture exchange....usually nothing goes as planned.....i continue to believe that Brazil will soon start to improve our top and bottom line numbers we shall see....as far as getting rid of management maybe a different team would have had better results or ...more

My last response to this topic is Buchanan has been CEO of Vendtek for 6 years and CEO of Now Prepay for 5 years before that. 11 years is more than enough time to show progress. The financial results in recent years show he should have left long ago. When do we as shareholders say enough is enough? There are lots of good ceos who would love to run this ...more
