VendTek's Khimji steps down as CFO, corporate secretary

VENDTEK SYSTEMS ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

VendTek Systems Inc.'s Nurez Khimji, the company's chief financial officer and corporate secretary, has resigned.

Mr. Khimji will continue to work with the company through a transition period which will end no later than June 15, 2012. The company has commenced a search for his replacement and will provide an update to the market when a replacement has been determined.

Senior management and the company's audit committee will monitor and provide oversight of financial matters until a replacement has been found. The company would like to thank Mr. Khimji for his service to the company.

Maybe he was let go because they finally figured out that being halted for approx a year on the exchange and the accounting errors where reflective of errors and or ommissions? One down, one more to go.  By by Doug?

I called IR and was told it was for personal reasons.
