Can someone (i.e. Garland) who has much greater knowledge than I determine the value of what Tomagold had to offer and what they got paid per gold ounce and calculate what VSR Nelligan can be worth using similar valuations?

This is a really good question PolishPrince but we cannot compare apples with oranges...LOT and VSR signed 2 completely different JV agreement. VSR is a much much better one for VSR shareholders...
