one other point

Since 2016 IMG has spent a small fortune ($ millions ) drilling and exploring ( stripping ,geophysics , 43-101 etc. ) on behalve of VSR's interest at Nelligan. This is a HUGE FREE RIDE - at NO risk to VSR!!! Show me another company that has that luxury- plus an NSR that keeps growing in value!! ( once again free of charge)
