re re painfully obvious

we certainly know  WHERE the priorities exist ! and could easily be  interpreted as a major conflict   of interest in light of no share purchase support for the company  ( cannot use lack of available  personal funds as an excuse)  -  shareholders can only assume a total lack of support/interest/fiduciary responsibilty for vsr !!

It certainly is a conflict of interest,  info he can supply  to a company and vis versa , both companies  should  be worried , especially if  one is planning to  bid for the other, knowledge of inner workings

SUP needs Nelligan.............. that is obvious. The proximity and symbiosis leads one to believe eventually one Mill and  combined infrastruture makes too much sense. Whether IAG buys SUP or some bigger entitiy buys both from IAG.VSR/SUP remains to be seen. Having said that we are being set up for a low ball M&A and a meager premium to the share price.

I agree our upside possibly being syphoned off

Hopefully another player emerges and sparks a bidding war. Iamgold, Sup and ..??

WE do indeed needa White Knight but with players liek Cantore and MG it may be tough to break their straggle hole. A vote with low balll offer would surely fail I agree especially if is say 20% above the SP and the $$holes give in

Spacedoc have you notice the current share price of SUP. It has been sticking at the .55 range despite the recent major private placement. Usually stocks go down significantly with such an announcement.   Ours has gone down with good news!!!! It it starting to appear as though any offer from SUP may actually be an all stock buyout as a 1:1 exchange of SUP shares for VSR shares that ...more

I may like it. After all after the merger the combined company would be off to the races. Same asset different name with bigger players
Comment by Ballsmeep on Jan 25, 2023 3:49pm
Yea but then all our upside gone and we dependant on another entity.
Comment by Spacedoc6852 on Jan 25, 2023 4:17pm
The upside is there just a different entity
Comment by Ballsmeep on Jan 25, 2023 4:52pm
Not same. And bigger mc. Nelligan becomes a piece of new company. Merger and then dilute us. Vanstar does not need any cash for awhile
Comment by Ballsmeep on Jan 25, 2023 4:57pm
Example how merger or buyout can be bad. Vimy and deep yellow. Deep yellow pays a premium for vimy (not a big multiple) if you dint sell you lost a lot in new entity. Upside capped as new company needs cash and dilluting and larger mc. I bet many vimy shareholders would have rather rode the upside alone.

this is probably why PG was so angry and upset with VSR. was probably made privy to this plan in the works over a year ago . Has connections to MG etc This looks like it was a plan from the beginning with board members in the know.....would explain the lack of  insider buying. It really looks like we have been set up here all along. The question is who is in control of the majority of ...more
