Pending Deal

My vote will be NO.,  This was a very bad deal for VSR shareholders.  Management and BOD are the only ones to benefit and pad their pockets should this deal go through. Interesting how Moore came in and bought so many shares, must have known an offer was coming from IMG.
Don't see any other bidders coming in as they are too nervous with IMG's African proerty (just too risky)
Go back to the table JC and BOD and bring us a better deal, we have all waited a long time for this little gem.

We know management  doesn't hold alot of shares  aside from More 3,000,000 , so shareholders can win this no vote. Img will have to up the offer  before too many votes of no come in. I haven't sent mine in . TUES  WILL BE ADDED TO THE NO's also alot of shares

As for Mr.MOORE  why wouldn't you buy millions of shares when you know  74%  gain in less than 6 months  imo
