Why did I buy VUL...?

There were a lot of reasons why I initially bought VUL, 1) huge position in SALT (they did sell 3M to raise a few $ but that was without any dilution), now they have about 38% of SALT or around 28 M shares, 2) then they raised $4.5 M at $0.20 (I bought more then), 3) then they obtained a llisting on the Frankfurt Exchange, 4) then hired McKay for IR, and now 5) finish drilling Colchester in late November with about 1,500 m in 8 scout  holes (these holes will aid a new drill program in 2022 which they have funds to do).

It is already December 5, so who knows when results will come. As far as trading action, VUL has never really played yet in the market, but I believe the timing is better, most of the pieces of the puzzle have been put in place, and of course, SALT represents a significant wild card and cash cow without further dilution. I don't think the share price is adequately reflected yet given the price and potential of SALT, so timing will tell.... It will be 2022 in the blink of an eye.

Right now everyone is looking at SALT, and quite frankly they can't believe the price is this high ($1.60), they don't want to buy VUL because they don't think SALT will hold its value. Time will tell but if SALT moves higher, the potential ...more
