You have a very vivid imagination bud---ill give you that---oh and jftr--a non disclosure agreement or participation agreement as MPARTNERS call it would give the buyers all up to date lab information on or after producing the bank draft and signing the NDA---that's kinda how it works ----otherwise it becomes a crapshoot for the outside investor----Insiders , well that's a different story-

Do you not see that the brokers sold the share price down to do the huge dilution deal at .085 ....this was a preplanned initiative from the brokers which gave them lots of possibilities to short the stock right from the high .20's .....so obvious !!!
