yes, but you are missing this " In our PR regarding the collaboration agreement with the hospital we indicated that we had sufficient funds for that work. However we require additional funds to pursue other patents that we would like  develop in order to create shareholder value". I can see what it is and that is what I am waiting for

thx guppy---but it doesn't cost millions of dollars for a patent or 2---1.4 million plus the roughly 2-3 million that will be raised with the private placement is a heck of a lot of patents . and don't forget the other 20 million warrants still untouched and not exercised----only 13 million give or take were exercised at a dime on the last big hype ---

you have no idea what that is, the cost is not to apply for a patent. It is to bring in a patent protected item and have it work in tandem with VXL's signal peptide. Once VXL set this in agreement there will be no company that will have the same arsenal as VXL.

if you do some dd you will see that prior to February and covid19 vaxil had virtually no working capital and had failed to raise capital and all along had successfully applied for an moved in to phase1 of cancer research---last time I checed they have (correct me if im wrong ) 6 patents----all successfully applied for with minimal capital----so requiring 4 million dollars for patents and testing ...more

Speculation on my part. The sudden funding requirement happened close to the Strategic Innovation Fund Revealing. A fund where you need to come up with 50% of the capital, and the fund will match it. If they can get free funding to pay for half of phase 1.....why not. Thing is.....they must already know they are heading to phase 1 if they are going for the funding......No announcement of material ...more
