ok good, money will be coming, but If you drill down the link under "yes", you will see "funding expected in the current year". how can you make an announcement based on "expected", not sure of the amount and when the govt will give it. why dont you phone lobby canada and get clarifications.

makes perfect sense. hands must be kept clean as per under exchange scrutiny of his actions. If he bought a truckload prior to approval of good news, etc......... and he knows of it. Then heaps of trouble and commplications for him. got to play it by the book HR
