OK....they need 2 to 3 million dollars now.

Vaxil Bio Ltd. has provided an update on its previously announced brokered private placement of up to 58,823,530 units of the company with minimum gross proceeds of $2-million, with M Partners Inc. as lead agent.

OK...cancel that...we need 5 million dollars now.

Should be interesting to see how the brokers boileroom handles this share price in the next 2 weeks or so----I certainly wouldn't be too happy if it got manipulated down to .05 if I was in the PP---Would I be happy if the boileroom upped the anti to double digits-------------------oh YA

Good dd and good call valuehunter. Looks like you will get your .05. With vaxil at or around 200 million shares and 15 million cash i get .075 per share in cadh alone. That doesnt include patents or lab work
