We don't want to sell out for funding, PP's may be necessary later....we don't want to sell out to a takeover either, Vaxil and shareholders will do well to go as far as they can by themselves to get the biggest bang for our buck, just be patient and have some faith. Why would we want to sell out, much better to retain control

PP is perhaps the wisest move, would ensure independence of the corporate entity. Not trying to 2nd guess mgmt nor undermine efforts.... Interesting position to be in though don't you think, being in the enviable position of having Pfizer or/& Astrazeneca as our potential benefactors/partners/parent's . VXL could hold the IP/science which may be the key to unlock vaccine, cancer

Based on the capital needed to complete Phase 3, I would say a goverment grant is the best alternative ......If they raised it doning .075 pp's shareholder dilution would be out of this world and the stock would never appreciate .....careful what you wish for !!! Doing a licensing deal with a Country in exchange for finishing phase 3 trials would be a win win !!! They could still sell or
