Goren is no longer involved in the day to day business of Vaxil. Other than sitting on the BOD, that's it , that's all. get over it.....Also I thot you sold long ago.

Since Goren is one of 4 Board of Directors he holds 25% weight on all decisions....l don't like him and don't trust this company to make a rational decision without a permanent CEO in place ....50 million share of dilution for a unrelated unproven shroom company currently run by professional financial guys is a total red flag as well
